Convenient access to Patient Service Centers

For specimen collection, your patients can access our expansive network of more than 2,200 Patient Service Centers (PSCs) near where they live, work, or shop.

  • With thousands of locations in neighborhoods across the country, including retail locations in select Walmart and Safeway stores, patients are never too far from getting the testing they need
  • Your patients can schedule PSC appointments online from home or on the go on their mobile devices to get in and out faster, for greater convenience
  • Our PSCs offer wait-time transparency, displaying wait times on TV monitors

Pricing transparency and EasyPay™

Your patients can receive real-time cost estimates for out-of-pocket patient responsibility on most Quest tests to prevent unexpected bills and help them get the tests they need.

  • Pricing transparency, available through our Quanum™ Lab Services Manager, allows you to provide lab test cost estimates based on a patient’s health plan coverage, so patients will know what they’ll be paying, with no surprises
  • With EasyPay, patients can pay the estimated cost of testing based on insurance coverage at the time of their visit to the Patient Service Center, helping them understand how much lab testing will cost and avoid a bill later
